I've been on YA for awhile now and i almost "hate" it when someone picks the worst answer. I mean I don't take YA seriously, but it sometimes makes me think, why bother. Anyone else feel the same or am I just going overboard?

Sometimes when I have put a lot of effort in my answer, and someone else gets picked I get mad.
When someone has been picked BA because they're a contact also p!sses me off, especially if it was a crap answer...
your not going overboard...or maybe we both are! lol

It does feel good when I get best answer.
Most of the time I try to think out what I'm going to answer.
I do it because I have always been the type to help solve problems for others.
My family calls my round table the pow wow table.
I'm a table sitter. We like to sit around the table and if it isn't personal problems were trying to solve, it the world problems that we hash over.
I'm looking forward to reaching level 6, but it's not imperative that I do so.
Occasionally I get lazy and just answer the easy questions.
I usually know when I'm going to get best answer.
Some of the time I'm wrong.
I think many questions are asked, but they really don't want to accept the right answer and may be looking to justify themselves and really don't want to hear how it really is.
Just try to take it as it comes at you.

No I don't get mad at such triviality! I do get mad a bit if I get a violation for no apparent reason that I can figure! But Yahoo is just Yahoo nothing any one says really matters! Heck I get madder at my evil nasty nosey wicked demonic neighbors! It seems to me my neighbors are Satanic or of Satan the Devil! They seem to know everything I do in this house I'm in. They might be filming me somehow! Don't see any cameras here but there is a mirror in almost every room! Camera could be behind that!

Sometimes because the answer you think you had could have help that person out if it was a real issue. Some of these answer don't have any links so that the person want to chose could do the research of where that individual who answers that question could find that answer.

I used to be that way when I first started here. Now I'm just the opposite. It doesn't matter if I get best answer or not. The fun for me is in the answering.

I understand how you feel dear, because in my case, I always try my best to give informative and supporting answers, so I get upset if the asker choose a short and funny one... It wastes my efforts...
But remember that people have their rights to choose their own Best Answer...

Nah...i believe that the asker would definitely pick his/her existing favorite person to be given the best answer. It's a human thing. Sometimes, we choose best answer based on who's dear to or hearts, not the extremely wise answer as our minds tell us. =) Such is life.

Not all, some people think that there is more better answer out there and you know that you did the best that you could and that is all you have too affer, and when you do get best answer is it out of the blue and by surprise that you have got choicen for best answer

now and returned it makes me unhappy.. now and returned it makes me mad.. im used to it nonetheless. So i do no longer likely care anymore lol. I do hate it nonetheless as quickly as I ask a question, and somebody leaves an particularly recommend answere. Like now and returned i will submit a question... and somebody is so recommend to me. yet I in simple terms chuckle now lol. reason those human beings cause them to selves seem so stupid and imature :D

No not really, some people don't want the "best answer" what makes a best answer for you don't make it for somebody else. What is a best answer first of all, it is different to everyone?
