we will solve for velocity first...

using conservation of energy
initial gravitational potential energy = final kinetic energy
(assume no air resistance)
from this we can equate....
mgh = 1/2 mv^2
although mass is not provided, it can be cancelled and is not needed

gh = (v^2)/2
v = sqrt(2gh)
= sqrt(19.62 x 5)
= 9.9 m /s approx

time taken is displacement / velocity
5 / 9.9 = 0.51s (approx)

my friend you are talking about gravity and you are NOT specifying the weight of stone..
but it will take less then a second to be on ground..

You haven't told us which planet the stone is on.

Nor for that matter which planet you are on.
