Im 15, not pregnant or anything, i've been getting terrible pains in my chest, mainly both my breasts. they happen quite often, and its usually when im wearing a bra. i also get frequent tingling in my breasts too. am i just wearing the wrong bra or something?

im also 15 and this had happened to me alot in the past couple of months i regualry had shooting pains, and so decided to go to the doctors and they just said the usual there is nothing wrong with you. but it still carried on so i had a bra fitting and i am a completly diffrent size than i thought, and now i never get the pain :)
so i think this may be the same for you.

Is your bra too tight?
It could be the wrong size/type bra for you. Go get sized at Nordstroms Sears or JCPenney. NOT Victoria Secret because they do NOT size correctly (been there done that).

not sure that would matter but a breast exam may be due.......at 15 things can go wrong like cysts in the breast bilaterally meaning both

That has happened to me. My mom always said it is growing pains. lol I'm not sure if she was just saying that or if it's true. lol. Im a 38 F. Now its only my back that hurts. lol.
