and not taking into account it may be more complicated than just changing your entire life in 5 minutes?

Mostly its cuz the Court don't care, but maybe if they cared more, then people would abide to the rulings better and not be tempted/forced to bend the rules in their attempts TO conform without throwing their entire lives into chaos to do it.

I'd LOVE to follow the ruling if it was that easy, but its not. It would create more problems than it solves and the transition has to be more gradual than the 5 seconds they want it to be. I don't wanna be like that, but if they can't give me the time, then I just gotta do what I gotta do in order to follow their wishes, but I need more slack than 5 seconds.

You said it yourself. They don't care. They are too busy and unattached to people personally to take the time to care. As such why should I care?

If they tell me I can't drive, then the car better not be where I can just get into it and drive off, or guess what...that rule will get broken on a daily basis, but I'd just be really careful.

Also found they don't take the time to verify any info before making these rules. What's your normal commute, working hours, work location, all that.

They just say "You can only drive to work and back" (in my case) and thats it. Well "your honor" its not really that simple and without knowing anything about my job and commute, I can pretty much say/do anything if I'm driving during the day at a reasonable work-time hour and get caught. So just be careful in what you decide to do and be smart. Don;t drive into the wee hours or whatever would raise suspicions.

Good luck!

Why not just follow the court order then try and bend the rules to get out of your punishment? Then obey the laws to stop being sent back to court. Wouldn't that make your life more simple?

Maybe because they are overstretched in someareas so they just roll em in give them an order an roll em out. Then don't follow up ensuring enforcement
