I'm 18 and unfortunatly I have a 32A cup, I really want to have a C cup but I still have doubts. I am afraid of the pain but mostly of the result i definently do not want them to look like posh's new boobs. I want a natural look.

Leave 'em be, you should love your body. Plus, most guys hate the feel of fake breasts. Plus that money spent on an augmentation could be put to better use (car, push up bras, etc).

NOOOOO !

The natural you is best ! Stay natural and gorgeous.

I know a number of women who have had this done, and in my opinion as a normal, red-blooded male, it ain't all it's cracked up to be !

There is the cost, the pain, loss of sensitivity, the risk of complications, and the unnatural feel for a start. Whatever the ads tell you, it is always possible to tell if a woman is natural or not, and I personally find it a real turn-off when they are not.

Then there is the issue of what happens if they burst in a car accident or something ? Yuech !

Save your money and buy a few dozen nice pairs of shoes.

My GF is 32A. I worship the ground she walks on, and I would not change anything about her for the world.

... well, maybe she could be a little richer ... lol.

Find a honest (they do exist) plastic surgeon that specialises in breast augmentation, it pays to shop around, maybe find one on the internet. Ask him (or her) to see before and after photos of women that have a similar build and pre-op cupsize to yours. If you have a very small frame, your breasts may end up looking quite "artificial", depending on how they are done. Once again, shopping around and finding a PS that will work with you and heed your concerns would be the best start.

Leave em' be. If God wanted you to have huge hooters he would have given them to ya. Remember any type of surgery carries some risk. You have to ask yourself is it worth risking your life? When you have kids, if you do, your breasts will get bigger anyway
