Its top layer of thin skin is coming out say once in a month.Can anybody tell me what to do to remove the permanent pimple/wound scar?

hi there, use bio oil, its very effective but it needs time, use it three times a day over a few weeks and you'll see it fade away! its quite dear though for 60 ml you'd spend around £9.00, good luck.
Oh and you can get it either online-google it, or go to boots or super drug

To answer your question: There may be a foreign object in your skin that causes the skin to continuously attempt to reject the object.
Go to a dermatologist and they may be able to dig in and and get the foreign object out.
