My sister just turned 64 and over the last two years has developed a serious attitude problem. We use to be close, but now I can't stand to be around her. She is constantly runing me down & badgering me. This is over the internet. No matter what I say, she has a negative come back on it. We live in different towns. I told her that I am saving all her E-Mails & that she needs help & is sick and that I willl put her in a state hospital if I have to. No matter who she is around she makes them upset & mad. I told her to stay away from me for my own sanity sake. What is wrong with her & why is she having this effect on people. She thinks it is everyone else & not her. No one can stand to be around her any more. What do you do?

She should have a complete physical with blood work done so that they can see it there is a physiological reason for this. It could just be a minor chemical imbalance. If so easily rectified. It could also be a mental health issue then she would need a therapist. Early onset Alzheimer's or even Bipolar issues but she should see a doctor ASAP and get this resolved.

Personally, I think that you are the pot calling the kettle black. Seems to me that it takes a real sick and disturbed person to aire out their own inabilities and personal relationship failures over an international website. It is demented and downright tacky, to tell you the truth. It is also pathetic that you cannot even get along with your own sister, whom you claim to have been close to at one time. Either you are a sociopath, or a pathelogical liar- not being a psychologist, I am not sure which. One thing that I AM sure of is that you are working on getting yourself sued for libel. So my strong suggestion to you is that you stop airing your own insanity over the net, get the psychological help that YOU so desperately require, and knock this sh*it off.

As people age, their mind and body chemistry does all sorts of things. Maybe you should contact her physician and let him know about these changes you've seen in your sister. Then he can take it into account when he sees your sister and may be able to determine if she is having some sort of problem.
