You could try contacting a newspaper agency and explaining your situation to the boss for he or she could tell you where you could reach a printing press that combines good quality printing and best prices.I've also heard of self publishing but I don't believe it would be a good option. You would spend too much time and money when it comes to looking for the materials, whereas a printing press would have the needed things. If you really want to have the best, go for a printing press. When dealing with them you could also promise them a copy of the book which nobody will have.
Hope this helps and good luck. Let me know what you have chosen at least.

Your book will be a labor of love, not a commercial venture. Under those circumstances, self publishing is your best option. You have a lot to consider when you publish a book yourself. How much can you afford to pay to have it printed? Will you have the book produced at a local print shop or will you use the services of a self publishing company? (There are dozens of such companies around the country and some are much more reputable than others.) What will the cover look like? What typeface will you use inside the book? What about illustrations? If you don't have any art or design expertise, perhaps some friend or family member has the talent and experience to help lay out the book and make it as attractive as possible. Or you might want to pay a professional designer for those services.

To help you understand all the aspects of the task you're undertaking, you might want to read a good book on self publishing. Three possibilities:

Complete Guide to Self Publishing by Tom Ross

The Self Publishing Manual by Dan Poynter

The Fine Print of Self Publishing by Mark Levine

Perhaps your library has those or other titles on the subject. Best of luck with your project.
