to be honest i think you can expect all the same answers
the people aged below 16-18 will say yes coz otherwise we'd have nowhere to live/eat etc
but the people who have their own place will probably say no because theyve got a life of their own.
i think that everyone needs their parents for support though

Sadly, yes...but that will change very soon! I'll be 16, I can get a job, rent a place wit my older sister.
If that doesnt work out, I can stick it out till my bf moves here.
My parents have never really done anything for me anyways. Besides make my life harder, that is..

No sir! I've grown up all my life without my mother and partially without my father! I think I am doing mighty fine on my own! Of course, I've had my aunt in times of crisis, but being independent on my own two feet makes me feel perfectly fine with myself!

Yeah, but unfortunately my dad died and my mom is in a bad way, so uh, I need a parent now more than ever.

im almost 35 with 3 kids of my oun and i think i still need my mother. i could do without my dad thow. but im not shure if he died i could handal all the financhal problems i would be left with. oh well i guess i will deal with it then.

you will always need your parents. even if they try to disown you or vise-verse! they are you past and present. you don't always have to like each other or even agree ....but you are part of them . even if adopted or step. because you have some kind of past experience with all you come in contact with. positive or negative!

no matter how grown or whatever you want to be ...everyone needs their parents and should respect their parents cause u cant run to everyone like you can them and they aint gone tell you nothing wrong and they always gone be there if their good parents

yea i still live with them. well, i can survive without my real dad since i have been doing that since i was a few months old. But my step dad helps me alot.
