my friend who's engaged gets her periods normally by 19th or 26th of each month accordingly she indulged herself in unprotected sex on 18th then scared with the fact that she wud conceive she started taking dates papayas and hence got cloted flows a little bit on 21,22,23 she wants 2 know wether she wud get her periods as regular or sud she take some pills to get back to normal, no funny replies pls.

Just take the pills for a bit more and then leave them, it should be normal again.

half of this doesn't even make sense to me seeing as you apparently..
A. Don't know english
B. Received a crappy education
Anyways a delayed period could be because of a number of things such as:
Stress
Diet
Lack of Sleep
Menopause ( Depending on age )
Type of Birth Control she is using
Thyroid problems
Amount of physical exercise
A cyst
There isn't anything that I know of that can get a period back on a normal cycle.. besides change of the above.
She needs to go see her doctor. She could have HPV or a Cyst or even Ovarian Cancer.
The only adivse you should take seriously is from a licensed doctor. Not some Yahoo..

7 days before the period due date is quite safe. Since she has taken too much of dates and papaya, it has caused more heat in her body. She will have normal period. Let she drink a glass of hot milk with one spoon hot ghee mixed in it at bed time for three days. It will bringout the heat from the body.
