relationship

Love is different to many people, and can be experienced in many ways, and shown in many ways.
I have two children for example, and my love for them is unconditional. Nothing they could ever do or say would make me stop loving them, and everything that I do is for them. They may however say or do things that I might not like, or that I might not agree with, and in the future it is possible that I might not even like them, but they are part of me, they are my world, and I loved them from the moment they were created, and will do so till the day I die.
I also have a husband, and I love him too. Very much so. Maybe even too much sometimes. It is very difficult to explain all this. He makes me happy, he makes me laugh, he knows everything about me, and I him. We are able to look past the bad stuff, and except it, we help nurture all the good bits. He exasperates me, he makes me mad, he makes me sad.
He makes me cry in good and bad ways. He is able to invoke every emotion in possible, he keeps me human.
Love involves implicit trust, honesty and respect, and to be able to love another, you have to be able to love yourself.
In a relationship, you also have to be able to have a good level of shall we say, 'personal intamacy'. If there is no spark, you won't have a fire!
I could go on all day, I also love chocolate etc....
I hope someone understands my point of view, I find people fascinating, and the way they think and feel. No-one can be right or wrong, every one has a right to their personal feelings!

Everything in life has a definition. Love is one of them. I shall attempt this from what i learn t so far in life.

Love is that inner spring of Goodness which issues from the soul. Its Source is not of this world hence the world does not understand it. It disseminate goodness to a partner, a child, a stranger, indeed to the entire surrounding including animals and plants.

Hence if we wish to experience true love, we really need to know it and then watch out for it. The present conditions for relationships makes it very difficult to experience true love.

Two people who are dissimilar in aspirations and goals can never experience true love.
Hence we need to change our perception and ensure mistakes are not made from the beginning.

I think love has many levels, depending on who you are loving.
Some people you love because they do good things to you.
Some you love because of your realationship to them, parents, kids, family.
Some you love because they make you better, happier, more composed.
But in the end love is not being able to make this person upset, and when you do you go back and fix it as quickly as possible. It is also feeling what this person feels, when you see them smile, you become happy even on a bad day, when they re upset you feel down, even if you have had the best day in your life..

Love is putting the person you love first usually. Wanting their best interest to be served, what is best for them. It is commitment unconditionally.

i honestly think that it means different things to different people.... believe me.... i have evidence

and i also believe it is NOT all a feeling.... it is an ACTION.

you can't sit there and tell someone how you FEEL all day long, because even a con artist could sit there and TALK about it... true LOVE is when one SHOWS you and DOES things to prove it!
