there's this guy nick. once i told him that jen my friend likes him . he's like " i dont care" and then he's like "i hope you dont like me , do you?" i said "what do you think" he's like "i dont know" and then i said" no i dont like you" and then he started talking about homework!!! what does this mean?? this guy nick is my friend and he flirts with me many a times too but after this incident he's stopped flirting that much !! will he ever ask me out or just destroyed that possibility . what should i do now ??

Ok so you must like him if it is getting to you...
So I would tell him straightaway that you like him, before someone else ends up dating the one you love..
It always sucks to not speak up when you should, and you will live to regret it. The best chance is to tell him and then see. If he was hurt, he won't go for you, but you will never know unless you tell him...
Go on, it won't hurt....
If things don't work out at least you tried and don't have to worry about what might have been...That is a haunting thought!

Why would you tell a guy you like that your friend likes him? Why would you tell a guy you like you don’t like him? No wonder this guy is confused. Why don’t you just be straight with him and stop playing games with his head?

Sounds like he just got really nervous around you. That may be a sign that he does like you, if he is that defensive, especially if he changes the subject like that. That's my thoughts.

Do you really like him? I guess you just have to be close to him & get to know him better. If you do like him, just show that you care for him & that you're there when he needs someone. =)
