Here one link I found and there some with 1,000 tons for around $225,000 USD one with 725 tons? was over $500,000 USD. So, may get a larger cargo size cheaper, not sure of the Fuel advantages.

GER10 is close to what you want, $225,000 USD may be in Holland. When I clicked on GER10 it gives more details like fuel consumption and they can add a crane for $15,000 USD. So, be sure to considered a crane if you need as some may have one.

700 tons isn't very much for a ship, so i think i can help you, just a minute!

(not to mention only 2 years old!)
Since its pretty small it should be able to carry your cargo without the fuel costs of a larger ship!
