if you saw someone hurting a child, and you had a gun would you kill them to stop them from hurting them anymore. . .. ?
And just say that this person would not stop, even if you told them too. . .

I would kill them, because the time you call police the child could be dead, i rather be judged by 12 then carried by 6

Depend on the type of hurting. If the child is in serious danger then the use of lethal force is justified to protect yourself or someone else. Sounds like someone needing protection to me.

An adult intentionally hurting a child physically, would feel my wrath. I would do what was necessary to protect the child, up to and including, using a firearm.

I don't think I'd kill them as I wouldn't want to go to jail. I'd call the cops and child services.

i would only do what had to be done to stop him and hold him there for the cops to show up. i would want him to be punished by the law not me, for what he did
