It all depends on the judge. Sometimes nothing will happen and then again, you could get thrown in Jail for "Contempt". I saw a judge once tell a teen aged defendant to turn his T-shirt inside out because he had some obscene thing written on it. The defendants attorney objected and almost got contempt charges thrown at him. When the teenager refused to comply, the judge held him in contempt. I'm not sure for how long, but I'll bet one taste of that jail food and he complied.

There have already been a great sort of Black and Hispanic communities insisting that the subsequent appointee could desire to be Black, or could desire to be Hispanic, regardless of skills. Why does not anybody ever tell the vendors of an NBA team that their following few contracts could desire to pass to white basketball gamers (for the sake of "variety" of direction)? potential concerns!! i'll make particular if Obama options a woman or a Black or a Hispanic, it's going to be because of the fact he left out potential and talents. Obama cares no longer something approximately appropriate examining the form, he in simple terms needs somebody "who can empathize with a adverse woman". even while Bush nominated Harriet Meiers anybody knew she grew to become into no longer the main qualified, yet Bush lied and publicly suggested she grew to become into the main qualified, until of direction he chanced on John Roberts who grew to become into plenty extra qualified.

Its considered as a moral obligation then a hard core rule. Therefore there cant be one given outcome for not standing up for the judge.
