I don't mind asking a stranger for directions and have never been given a bum steer. They have all been very nice and helpful. Besides where is the cop when you need him/her?

a while back i went to mexico to look for some relative and i was lost so i had to ask some complete strangers for directions and what made it even scarier is that it was night and i was by myself. and there was another time that i went to mexico to drop off one of my uncles cause he was gonna do some errons over there and i was completely lost but i didnt want to ask anybody for directions so i listened to my inner voices instead, and i was able to find the bridge and find my way back home safely too.

i actually enjoyed examining this in spite of the shown fact that I do take exception with a pair of assertions, extremely that every person has a tendency to forget approximately Canada as quickly as the conflict or different action is over. regardless of the reality that Canada has, and could be, over shadowed through the U. S. in numerous international places in Europe the graves of Canadian infantrymen have been, and are be, tended through electorate for whom those buried gave the proper cost. back interior the "till now" days of my babies there have been many circumstances of people pretending to be Canadian while vacationing out of the country by using fact Canadians have been greater respected than their u . s . a . replaced into. i think of that Canada is respected in lots of things of the international even although our sacrifices are frequently disregarded through our greater suitable neighbours interior the international community. To be hassle-free I frequently like it this way because being a braggart isn't an element of my make up. My purely problem is that someway Canadians themselves substitute into ignorant of all that we do. As for individuals, I even have quite a few kinfolk down there the two in civilian and defense force existence. the sorrowful reality is that the clarification many individuals comprehend little approximately Canada is the fault of their government and practise gadget. In my day a minimum of the hassle-free Canadian knew lots greater concerning the international, consisting of the U. S., than the hassle-free u.s. did.

Have to go with strangers, man.
There are places and times when there are no cops gonna come my way.
But I am usually good at reading maps and signposts so I rarely get lost.

If I get lost I just ask someone where the heck I am so I can get back to where I need to be:) I don't care who the person I ask is as long as they aren't creepy old dudes or something.

I usually go with my gut instinct and ask someone that doesn't look like they pose a threat; i.e. man with kids, woman elderly person.

Best bet is just to ask someone in a store, because they usually know the geographical area around them.

I ask anyone around. *** if they are from there they should know where to go. Besides I have the worst of luck with cops. They always want to search my car.

Yes I have. You could be waiting in that spot until h*ll freezes over before any cops show up.

Oh gees, I'll drive in circles for awhile and finally pull over and call my brother on my cell phone, and try to have him figure out where I'm going... even when he is a few states away. He's a good brother.

I don't get lost often but I will ask. My husband on the other hand will drive miles out of the way before he stops to ask. Stubborn men....geez!
