After I have had sex I feel like my head is burning (my actual head im a girl) and then I get shivers up and down my spine and itching all over. It literally feels like my brain is burning. I have been tested recently for all std's etc... and have been with current boyfriend for nearly two years. I told my doctor and he just said 'I don't know what that could be?!' Not very helpful. Also my head is sensitive to touch. I also sometimes get some abdominal pain. Again I have been tested for everything and am clear. Im really confused

Sounds like you have what that woman on Rescue Me had. It is a hypersensitivity syndrome.

It sounds like fantastic sex!
But on a serious note, when you have an orgasm the blood literally rushes to your head. If you were to look in a mirror at the time, and who would do that? okay enough already! You would see that your face and neck had become pink and blotchy due to the blood rushing to your face. Rather like blushing but more so. So your symptoms are nothing to worry about and merely confirm that you are indeed having wonderful, fulfilling sex. Rock on!

Do you get the same feeling after ALL physical exertion or just sex? If you get it after jogging or running up stairs, I'd worry about your blood pressure, or a few other similar things.
