Grateful Dead Shows are something I really, really do miss; I'm glad to hear your keeping up the tradition there..You show alot of "Rigor' and "Mortis", and that's something the kind of pioneering spirit that made this country the great place to die that it has become today. Well done.. And yes, I would too; from what I hear; there are people dying to get into one of those plans. Sounds pretty "Grave" to me though, better hurry, and beat the Holiday Rush!

I am looking into it, yes. My Nan died in May, she'd been going on for years about having certain things for her funeral but my dad & his siblings all grumbled about the cost. It turned out she'd already paid for it & planned everything. It made things easier for them not having to organise it & personally I felt it was a great funeral. She had everything she ever wanted & it was like a last 2 fingered salute, lol! I actually found it comforting that she got what she wanted. I'm only in my 30's but I'm planning mine so that my kids don't have to worry & although I won't be there to enjoy it I want to know it won't be a dull old affair. ☺

Well, you certainly have excellent taste. Actually, most of the older members in my family have the prepaid funeral plans. I know my Mother did it so we don't have to worry about all those things when she passes. Its really easy to do and she is not very wealthy, so I think its affordable if you spread it out over time.

Good luck with your neon balloons!

I'm going to give you an honest answer: My grandma bought one of these funeral prepayments and swears that it makes her feel much better than making her family pay for her funeral. She's already picked out her own casket and knows where she'll be buried. It's so sad but, nonetheless, she's happy knowing that she's taken care of it.

I'm deciding to be cremated and either put in different urns or spreaded around my fave place.. I love the idea of prepayment plans because you get exactly what you want!

Innovative Business Idea! Will Micro~soft buy this for a small sum?

Some places do have this sort of arrangement, though. Matter of fact...

THAT WILL TAKE CARE OF THE FUNERAL + LEAVE SOME FOR UR KIDS / GRANDKIDS / GREATGRANDKIDS (IF U ARE SO BLESSED)
