For a graphics card, I need to know i it delivers 400w or 350w or 500w etc..

Look at it. Somewhere on the PSU there is a sticker showing the Wattage rating. Obviously this requires taking it out of the case, but since you are doing a graphics card install, that should not be a problem for you

But if you just want to know whether it can power up your graphics card just look at its +12V rail or rails. 18 amps could handle many mainstream cards. 26 amps or more is needed by high end cards.

Easiest way... look at the sticker on the side of it!
Usually on the side facing you when you open your case.
