I'm being serious, please don't be rude...

When I first met him, I was a former dancer, weighed 105 and was in great shape. Now three years later I weigh 125 and I feel like a fat ugly slob.

He works out daily and is in incredible shape.

I was wondering how I let myself get this far and why he is even still attracted to me and I think I'm doing this because I will have an excuse if he decides to leave me.

Have you ever done this?
And don't tell me to work out, I don't have the desire to do that!

Please help

You might want to actually talk to the dude.

It sounds like you have issues to resolve.

Weight gain is one thing, randomly beating the crap out of yourself is a completely different deal.

If he still loves you, appreciate it instead of questioning it. If he doesn't, he'll probably left you long time ago.

I think it's not about looking for an excuse for you to be dump by him (unless you're hoping he does? I hope not). It's more like you're insecure perhaps.

Anyway just be glad that he loves you not for your physical looks or because you were a dancer. Remember though, its not good for our health if you continue on putting weight. You don't have to work out, you could start by watching what you eat

maybe you're a little bored and food makes you feel better. well i've never heard of anything like this but just think about how getting fit would benefit you. i was kind scared of excercising before but you know once you try it, you'll relaise it isn't so bad. infact, it WILL make you feel happy and healthy.

my suggestion is to just try to work out with your bf (once, it won't kill you) and see how you feel. please just do it before you destruct and start avoiding mirrors.

It works both ways. One, physical appearance is very important to some guys, including your boyfriend if he still works out.

Two, He should love you for who you are, but you should still make some effort to take care of yourself.
