Way too many to list- Aside from the obvious liver and kidneys being unable to process toxins and it affecting your entire immune system, it will affect the digestive tract, decay your teeth, Kill your sex drive, bloat you, make you eat less, cause skin disorders, incontinence, major lapses in judgement, make the absorbption of magnesium and thiamine impossible to the point where you start exhibiting signs of dementia due to the lack of nutrients reaching the brain.
Once you have Wernicke's encephalopathy and chirrosis, you become completely incompetant and a MAJOR burden to your loved ones.
Hope that answers your Q

There are many long term effects from consuming alcohol for an extended period of time. Below is a list of some:
1) Liver- Hepatitis and/or cirrhosis
2) Stomach- Gastritis (inflammation of the stomach lining)
3) Pancreas- Pancreatitis (inflammation of the pancreas)
4) Heart-hypertension and/or heart failure
5) Brain- stroke
One would need to consult with a physician to have a complete evaluation of these and other organs.
There are, as I stated, many other effects to vital organs by long term consumption of alcohol.
Please refer to your practitioner for a better understanding.

It depends on how much you drink. It can cause raised blood pressure which could lead to a heart attack or a stroke. It also is pretty effective at destroying the liver. Prolonged heavy drinking leads to alcoholism and all the problems that brings.

Same as all spirits, the organs that clean toxins from your system like your liver and kidneys have to work alot harder and will eventually wear out.

It will kill your liver, which you cannot live without.
It causes malabsortion syndrome where you cannot absorb nutrients from the food you eat (that's why alcoholics are skinny and fat at the same time - skinny legs and fat tummies).
