Parents have the best chance because they can start at birth. A good parent will talk to the baby, read to them, teach them numbers, letters, shapes and colors. The things they teach are important but teaching them to speak proper English and get used to hearing it will make them do better in life. If a bright 5 year old has had parents work with them before they enter Kindergarten they will be easy to teach. If the parents don't teach them much before 5 the teachers never can quite make up for it.
A parent who stops every time a child says my friend and me and teaches the child is is my friend and I is priceless.
If the parents and teachers both fail the child will almost always end up inarticulate. If the early education works they can read books to make up any missing information.

Depends.
Given that all are accessible and equal, it would be parents then teachers then lifelessons.
It also depends on how you define them.
Parents would be any guardian who took care of you (whether a brother, sister, relative, etc).
Teachers would be anyone who taught you a lesson (school teachers, a friend, etc).
Lifelessons would be anything you experienced outside by yourself (finding a job, being terminated, an accident, etc).
It is because parent form the basis of our values and morals. They are the pillars to the structure of a building. The roots of a tree.
Teachers are there on the early to middle stages in life. They teach us about living and how to live.
And finally lifelessons are those we learn by ourselves. Our struggles, trials, joy, pain, failures and success.

Well, I believe that someone's best teacher is a person, whether in school or other places, who really speaks to you. Even if you never knew the person, he/she makes you feel like they understand you. They help you with your problems, teach you priceless life lessons, and just let you know that they're always there for you.So whether it's your parent(s), guardian, teacher at school, your friend, or just someone you know, just trust them and don't be afraid of making a personal relationship with one.
