If you're using a one-button mouse, hold down control and click to emulate a right-click.

If you're using the Mighty Mouse (ie. has a scroll ball), go to System Preferences, Keyboard and Mouse, and in the Mouse tab, change the right button to 'Secondary click'.

They have it now with extra hardware replacing the stocked Apple's mouse that have two buttons like PCs do, only for OS X.

Otherwise hold down a key while clicking to simulate right click, Shift key if I recall it. Might be Ctrl or Apple Cmd key.

click the apple icon interior the better left corner and then "device updates." save updating and restarting till you instal an replace it is talked approximately as "Mouse replace" or something like that. After installation that and rebooting, you will have the skill to apply the mouse completely.
