I have to select one fuel from 2 available - namely Kerosene and LPG Gas. How to find economical suitability?

Out of the two available fuel I have to select one based on the factors of economy. How to determine which one will be economically suitable? Please give details of experiment I should undertake.

cost of storage, transport, manufacture etc.

compare with calorific value of fuel.
