answer to first question : Well...aren't we all I mean, if we weren't why wud we be answering questions about it?... lol
Anyway, I think there is a 12 step thing for that. but there's something easier to do
Everyday try to decrease the amount you have. I think that the only reason people eat chocolate is cuz it makes you feel better and also cuz of boredom.
Before, I always used to eat chocolate when I got bored or had nothing to do. If that's the case then try to find something to do during the day.
Just remember tho, a little bit of choccy once in a while never killed anyone.... :P

I think we're all pretty much in the same boat on that one.
I use the no-step program and it really works when I apply
it. That is to say..I don't make any steps toward the candy section whenever I go shopping for grocery.
Good luck, and peace.

Yeas it's called OA otherwise known as Overeaters Anonymous. It's for any kind of overeating addiction. Some people are addicted to potatoe chips. Didn't you hear about that woman who nearly died last week from that?

If it's dark chocolate that helps prevent diabeitese,so if that's the case then you should keep it going, but work out frequently. If it's not and you know that you need to stop, than you should have a disire for chocolate, but an even greater disire to stop.

You think??? I know I am.... And I don't want a 12-step program, either. Moderation, dear, moderation. But keep on enjoying it......

It's the magnesium in it. Try taking magnesium supplements and this will greatly reduce your craving for chocolate.
