= (0.48 - 0.47)/4
= 0.01/4
= 0.0025

1st decimal:
= 0.47 + 0.0025
= 0.4725

2nd decimal:
= 0.47 + 0.0025 + 0.0025
= 0.475

3rd decimal:
= 0.47 + 0.0025 + 0.0025 + 0.0025
= 0.4775
