It's basically an "Old English" font.
("Gothic", "Medieval", would give you alternates)

It's not a font; it's a custom logotype, probably made using Adobe software. The letter forms are a blackletter style. You could probably get a similar but more amateur look with a blackletter trash font.
Da Font is a good source for free fonts that you'll probably only use once. Most of their blackletter fonts are listed under Gothic>Midieval. You could use one of these for the basic letter forms, and then add the drips and imperfections by hand to get a similar look as the "Ya Boy" logo.

Ain't it though. Chances are they may have made it themselves. The spattering looks too inconsistent for it to be a font.
