two words... restraining order... they are not hard to come by... you can go down to the police station, fill out some forms and if he comes near you, or texts you you can call the cops... dont take this lightly most likely he wont actualy get your new number but let the police take car of that.

Change your number and make it private unlisted and tell the cops he is basicallt stalking you you have the right to report this behavior and to get a restraining order if necessary. Start documenting his texting if he doesn;t stop and inform the police what is happening ASAP he sounds abusive and controlling do not under estimate him take action NOW!. Never tell someone like this what your going to do just do it. If he finds you again it shows the police that he is a potential threat to your safety and is stalking you.

May God Bless You and his Angels watch over you Best Wishes.

The best thing to do is to tell all of your friends that you are going to change your number and not to give it out to anyone. Then go ahead and change you number. If he does get it again and persists, then it may be easiest to take out a restraining order against him forbidding him from contacting you or your family again... if he keeps calling you after that then you can have him arrested...and you definitely should take out a restraining order and have him arrested if you and your husband have kids or feel threatened in anyway, shape or form. Another tact would be to do like I did, I called my cell phone carrier and told them to block my phone from receiving text messages (you can ask them to leave it so that you can still send them if you want) or you may be able to talk to your cell phone provider and see if they are able to block text messages from your ex. It's worth a shot if it will give you some piece of mind. Best wishes and good luck!

2 word for u RESTRAINING ORDER.If hes going psycho on you then get your husband involved and see what he says.if ur husband is a stand up guy he will solve or help u solve the problem but my best advice is a restraining order then inform the proper athorities when he texts or calls keep everything and show them so they can do something.Dont fear him he only feeds on that so if u stand he may back down fast qwhen he sees the courts are involved and if not stun guns work great

Change the number. If he does get the number again, threaten to file a restraining order against him if he continues to try to contact you.

No one should have to live in fear.

Best wishes.

Don't TELL him what you are going to do, you don't NEED his permission to keep HIM away from you. Just change your number and don't TELL him. HE could get it if you have mutual friends, so be sure NOT to give your number to someone who would give it to him. IF you do have mutual friends, start looking around for NEW friends and start avoiding the older ones. If you truly ARE afraid of him call the police and tell them he is stalking you.

get a silent number or better still throw your phone away he cannot contact you then, just have a phone for emergency use, but not many people could restrict themselves, I am sure it could come under some stalking laws depending where you live, it is a pity we cannot block telephone numbers like we can email address's

Trade phones for a short while with your hubie and let him deal with it......if needed you can get an E.P.O. against him. Since you are remarried the problems you have are also your husbands and I'm sure he would have no problem taking care of this one.
