i am using windows xp, and i want restrict one/many user from using internet or to restrict them to one or few website only.
please help

how can i create an account for internet use & restrict other users

You may set an account practicular for internet. Then place the email and browser software under that account. You only allow those using it to know the password.

However, this cannot save you from virus, spy etc.

password protect your own account 1st.
then create Limited User accounts for the others.
