Anime: Naruto and Bleach, i just love the storyline of both of these animes, they are just soo awesome
Manga: Naruto, Bleach, Prince of Tennis, and Fruits Basket is my absolute favoriet, it was the first manga i ever read and its still my favorite ( i didn't put fruits basket as one of my favorite anime's because i thought the anime was horrible)
