those are two ways that he will be most likely contacting someone
other signs are
-sudden change in attitude in the home life usually lack of interest in sex and communication
-spending more time in the bathroom hence on the cell phone
- cell phone stays on vibe and/or is locked all the time with code
-leaves earlier than normal
-arrives late
-smells of fresh shower
-starts a argument over the least little thing
-is harder to get along with
-is determined it is gonna be his way if he would compromise before

If you cannot trust your husband the marriage is bound to fail.
If you have proof confront him if not do nothing until you have proof. Go through his pockets, check his cellphone bill if he has one, keep tabs on when he is late coming home, off chance if he says he is working late drive down and bring him dinner surprise him. Really if you can afford it get a private investigator to follow him for a few days.

Has he done it more than once in his past? Avoidance, non-sexual attitude, and less time at home... the rest is all in the cards... Usually we know but hate to point the finger because of the animosity after the accusation. Worst case, hire a P.I.
