how to polish rough stone shine?

i have some rough stone but i don't know how to polish it shine (stone like garnet citine etc....)

You need a rock tumbler. You can get it online from any good hobby /craft shop. Don't skimp by getting the cheapest, either. This is one case where you get what you pay for.
