girl, I have the same problem as u! im 16, 124 lbs, and Ive been a 36 D for the past 2 years. I have a lot of back problems too and I have been trying a lot of stuff to lose weight in that area but I have not found anything that really gets good results. I know thats not what u want to hear but just general exercise has helped the most probably. I know thats not very helpful but I wish u luck with that cause I know it sucks.

Losing weight MAY help you if you are a bit overweight. However if you are at a healthy weight you are out of luck with losing in the breasts.

You could always try working out and seeing what happens, though I DO know some girls whose breasts got BIGGER after working out.

If you have serious back pain you could look into a breast reduction and have it covered by insurance (mine was covered 100%). Though most PS's won't operate on someone under 18, there are exceptions. Please talk to your doctor about it.

Ok, well, first of all, before begining any exercise regiment/plan, consult a doctor first.

Now, most women, when working out to lose weight will tend to lose it in the boobs among other places, so you'd shrink even as a side effect if you had another goal.

The best exercise is to work out your pecs (the chest) and your arms. Pretty much, your upper body. The only problem is, you do want to make sure that you work out your agonists as wellas your antagonists to help prevent injury. This means that whatever muscle group you're working out, you need to "even it out" by working out the opposing group. For example: working out your biceps AND triceps; or pecs AND shoulders. (if possible).

Another thing is, you don't want to end up working out only your upped body and have an out of shape lower body. So, make sure you work out (with weights) throughout your entire body, but placing an emphasis on the pecs.

You should expect that you will gain weight. This is because you'll be gaining mucle, which weighs more than fat. Don't worry though, the muscle will "burn" the fat.

You should also stretch the muscles you've worked out, otherwise you'll be really sore and tired and less likely to want to work out again. Make sure you NEVER bounce in a stretch because you can injure yourself. Try focusing on your breathing. And you need to work out at least three times per week to see results within two weeks. I know it seems like a long time, but I've seen results before that.

You should also consider your diet, but consult a doctor about that too. And if possible, I'd highly recommend talking to a personal fitness trainer. A trainer can set up a weekly exercise schedule for you including strength training and cardio (a really good fat burning activity) as well as your diet.

Whatever you do, be aware of what you're doing and be safe.

Hope this helps. Good luck.

First, if there is fatty tissue in your breasts, there is a potential for you to loose weight in your breasts. If most of you breast tissue is composed of glandular tissue, then you cannot loose this through exercise. How much of yours is fatty tissue and how much is glandular will vary between people.

Next, to loose weight, it does require prolonged lower intensity cardiovacular exercises (at 55-65% of your maxium heart rate for 40-60 minutes versus 65-80% for 20-30 minutes). These are exercises like jogging, swimming, biking, dancing, etc. However, you will not be able to choose from where you loose weight...in other words, you cannot "spot reduce" with exercise.

Finally, strengthening your pecs will not reduce your breast size...primarily because resistive training increases the bulk of muscular tissue, not reduce the size of fatty tissue. Posture correction still remains at the core of treating muscular mid-back pain

In conclusion, how much weight you can loose in your breasts will depend on the composition of your breasts. You might be able to loose weight with cardiovascular exercises, but you will not be able to "spot reduce" certain areas. This can only be done with breast reduction surgery.

Do you wair under-wire bras? my back hurt for a while till I got one of those. Your actuality almost under weight for you height, so losing more might not be that good of an idea.

If you lose weight, you will lose it everywhere, but your present weight is already a bit light for your size. More properly fitted underwear may help.
