It doesn't necessarily have a speed, but it sure sucks light very quickly!!

The questions itself is wrong.. What do u mean by darkness?
Look it this way, Darkness is always there. It is the light that gets 'screened' over darkness. So logically velocity doesn't fit with Darkness

Light has velocity . Light removes darkness. When light at certain period of day vanishes with its speed the dark comes in of which no velocity has ever been told anywhere in any book.

Darkness has not velocity because we can't assue/calculate into any unit the darkness.

Well considering that a black hole can diminish and swallow up light in totem, not taking mass into consideration, then its vacum velocity must be twice the amount of light due to the fact that it would have to be at least double to counter the velocity of light itself.

Darkness is an absence of light, so being as there's nothing there, then there's no velocity.

Dark as a matter of mass is relevant to all known mass in the known universe from as we know sub-atomic matter to incomprehensible amounts of mass, by humans and currently mathematicaly un-cifered due to putting it on paper would take more mass than the known universe its self. Photons ( light as we call it here) are much more explainable in life and science where as dark remains more of a mystery on all levels. That mystery in its self is why so many fear the dark. You take it from here, there will be a quiz. LOL

Most excellent question.
Light has been described as particles, and as waves.
If you turn off a flashlight, does the light continue to travel even tho the flashlight has been turned off, does it fade out, or end instantaneous?
Depending on the correct description of light, the answer will vary.

Sorry if i was wrong...... DARKNESS IS A POTENTIAL MEDIUM WHERE THE LIGHT WAVES CAUSES THE DISTURBANCE. SO THE DARKNESS VELOCITY IS ABSOLUTE "ZERO".
