This eqn is wrong.

It should be :

CaCl2(aq) + 2 NaHCO3(aq) -> CaCO3 (s) + 2 NaCl (aq) + H2O (l) + CO2

The eqn is then

Na+ + Cl- -> NaCl

i think of the balanced equation is: 2HNO3 (aq) + CaCO3 (s) --> Ca(NO3)2 (aq) + H2CO3 (aq) 2H+(aq) + 2NO3- (aq) + CaCO3 (s) --> Ca2+ (aq) + 2NO3- (aq) +2H+ (aq) + CO32- (aq) cancel all spectator ions, you get this internet ionic equation: CaCO3 (s) --> Ca2+ (aq) +CO32- (aq)
