It appears that such thoughts are imbedded in your subconscious. You might have had such thoughts ,may be in the past and ignored them or forgot them but it remains there in the subconscious.It does not mean that you have to pay any attention to it.

dreams are a strange combination of the thoughts you think throughout the day.
so you must, in a round-about way, be thinking about that during the day.
...?? maybe a counselor will help if it's reallly bothering you.
