well i made my boyfriend (18) one of those fleece blankets that are super easy to make. Choose two designs of fleece (that kind of go together such as if john deere fleece plain yellow to go on bottom) Put each fleece (bout 2 yards of each but size up to see if u want bigger) back to back, cut slits about one inch wide three inches long and tie them together. There are prob directions online and my boyfriend loves his nascar one I made him. Also I made him scap book of our relationship one yr. he likes sentimental worth rather than dollar worth.

Well, since he loves basketball and it's basketball season, I would suggest buying him tickets to a game. Or, find out if there's a country concert close to you that you could buy him tickets to. If money is an issue, perhaps you could ask your parents to help you out with paying for it and tell them you'll pay them back.
If money is still an issue after asking your parents...I bet he'd just be happy with the brownies and the letter since it's personal and unique. Or, just make him a CD with all of his favorite songs =).
Something that I did one year for an ex of mine was I made him a tape of me singing along with music and I'm not the best singer...but he loved it.
GOOD LUCK!

Cover yourself in chocolate wearing nothing but a pair basketball shoes and a cowboy hat and give total control of yourself to him for the whole night.
That got everything covered; brown, sport and country and I assume he likes sex.
He will thank you for that. You don't even have to make brownies - he'll eat the chocolate off you!

Really good seats to a game for one of the local (hopefully pro) teams, assuming he's a fan.

A leather wrist watch would be good and set the time same as yours. Then remind him that spending time with him is priceless and that he should not waste it.
