K K, you are basicly on the money. except, i think that a 150 gallon tank would work. however, you can certainly house a pair of oscars in that tank as long as you do weekly water changes. nothing else though

As juveniles, sure, but you will have to remove three of the Oscars and one of the Plecos as they mature... Common Plecos will reach more than 1.5 feet and will fight each other as they mature, so you really shouldn't keep more than on in a 75 gallon tank. Oscars also get quite large, with the potential to grow nearly 1.5 feet. Remember that putting fish into a tank that is not large enough results in stunting. Stunting results in a small fish with deformed organs, muscles, and bones, leading to organ failures and death. It is best to start off understocked and let the fish mature at the same rate as your tank. It would be best to start off with only one Oscar and one Pleco, and have that as your permanent stock.

no. seeing as you have way over 200 gals worth of fish.
Oscars can hit 14''
the plecos (unless one of the expensive fancy species) can get 2 feet +
