It all depends on what you got. On my Ford Expedition I just paid $45 for the belt, and I would image that a water pump would cost around 250-300 for a good one. A ignition key will cost more then a door key because they put in chips. They run from 40-150. If you're looking at a used car with all these problems, run... If they lost the key, they aren't responsible enough to take care of their car. Plus all that doesn't go out at once. Good luck!
