Please go to a Career Counselor at the College you are going to (or the one you are considering) and ask to take an Interest Inventory (such as the Strong Interest Inventory) and try to figure out what you would like to do - what field people with your interests tend to like.

Then, try to figure out how to get there - if you have an Associate's already - do you need additional courses? This is a great place to start...get to know where the Career Counseling office is.

You don't have to be a student to take such a test - its possible that there may be a small fee if you are not a student - but even that can be waived in many cases...

Please explore your career questions from this angle "what would someone with my Interests and Temperament like to do?" Its a great help.

Not really a lot that you couldn't do without it. Most professional jobs these days require a bachelor's degree. You could go on to more school and get the 4-year degree.

You can't. Go on for a bachelors degree.
Even then a general Liberal Arts won't do much, unless you want a civil service job with a non specific degree requirement.
