Dear blahblah,
Missing out on a teenage party might very well be a good thing. Seems like they are built up to be more than they turn out to be. Personally, I'd enjoy the company of just one or two people that matter to me, rather in a loud room full of over loud music and everyone trying to scream over that music.
If you know the person giving the party it's there prerogative who he chooses to invite.
Missing one out of 50 is no big deal. I never go to that stuff. And I am not a loser. Stop being so hard on yourself. Look at it this way: The guy that went alone, was probably bored out of his mind. And at least you got some homework done.
So chin up. It's not the end of the world. Parties will always be around for the rest of your life. This wasn't nothing special I'm sure. Just act like you could care less, and mean it.
Sincerely,
Marseille

Hey, I can relate to this, I think that you should let it go and maybe find some more friends to hang out with, it seems to me that the more friends you have the better chance you have of going to these partys, I am not telling you this to be mean to you but to help you better your odds at getting invited to these partys. I hope that this helps you atleast a little bit.

Awhh ..
Well .
I Personally Dont Think It Was Mean.
I Mean If He Knew The Friend Liked You Too Then That was Rude;;.
And If He Doesnt Want To Show Up With a Guy Then That Shows He Is Not a Good Friend.

If you think that way about your 'friend', either you need a new friend or a new definition of friend. His behavior doesn't sound very friendly to me.
If you want to hang out with a girl who is your friend, call her and ask her instead of waiting for your friend to invite you.
Even if you have no place to go out to, there are more things to do at home than studying for final exams.
Studying for final exams is a pretty good idea, if you are going to be taking them!!!
You only need an attitude adjustment. You'll be fine.

You should sit down and talk with your friend about your feelings toward his actions and personality. You guys should be able to work something out and come up with an agreement. If he's not the type to sit down and understand you, then he's not worth it since he doesn't care about your friendship. If so, you should not be his friend anymore, move on, and choose better friends from now on. Also, what you said to him wasn't mean if you were joking and meant it in a friendly way. Otherwise, it wasn't exactly "mean," but hey the truth hurts. If you think you were too harsh, just apologize.

You are too touchy. So? Big deal, it's just a party, not like you aren't invited to your own birthday party right? That would really suck.
Study for your finals man! All the best!

He just wants his space being friends doesn't mean being stuck together look for him tell him you didn't mean that and work things out maybe he likes the chick that likes you and he is scared of you taking her away from him if that's the case then don't go out with that chick or flirt with her let him try if he fails don't tell him i told u so be there for him and be the good friends you used to be there is plenty of chicks out there so don't fight for them.

Why hang with that loser? Go by yourself somewhere you enjoy. I go to the movies by myself, library is a good place to meet people sometimes. If he is what you say do what I do "wipe" him off your list and get a new friend.
