Unlike how most men think of thier penis's, it is NOT an independant appendige from the rest of thier body. It is in fact, developed into its maturity based on genes. Usually, the way it is used is also based on genes. Yes i am a woman answering this question.

no the reason i say that being the penis is a muscle and like any other muscle genetics play very little.
