That makes 192 Februaries out of the last 200 with full moons. I couldn’t find data for the 1700s.

Extrapolating that data suggests that there were 96 February full moons in the 1700s, bringing the total to 288. This is may be inaccurate by one, that is the answer is 288+/- 1.

One (per month) times 300 years? Except, I suppose there might be a very rare 'blue moon' during a leap year when Feb. has 29 days.
