What is the diffrence between a traning bra and a regular because i never quite understood that

trianing bra means the girl has really small boobs or their growing so its to just hold them up but there isnt any underwire for real support or any cups cuz they arent big enough. regular bras are like the ones u see at the lingerie sections the ones on triumph ads the ones girls wear once their boobs are big enough, the cup and wire helps to hold boobs up and support em. If u saw the two, ull see the difference...

I'm not only a girl, I'm a mom...there really is no difference and training bras are now for the most part gone.....They were just not so 'substantially fortified'...lol...now there are plenty of bras out in the world like that, hence the departure of the training bra.

For a regular bra they start at AA cup. A training bra is one that is smaller than that. You need to wear a bra but you cannot fill a regular one yet.

A training bra is usually just a flat bra made out of flexible stretchy matierial, so it can "grow with you".
A regular bra has cups, and sizes like 34A, 36B, so on, and it actually provides support.

Training bra is to make little girls feel more grown up and used to the idea of wearing one.
Bra's actually support you and hold something up

well a training bra is like a VERY SMALL sports bra
a "regular bra" is with cups, or not, actually have the shapes of your boobs, and support your boobs a little better
