I don't know how you could have been any more responsible or careful. The pill, spermicidal condom, emergency contraception? IF the condom slipped and IF you got any sperm inside you, the spermicide would have killed them and IF NOT, the emergency contraception would have! Like everyone else says, I don't think there's much chance at all that you have conceived. For future reference, I think if I worried that much about avoiding pregnancy, I don't think I would ever want to have sex in the first place! LOL Stop worrying, I'm sure everything will turn out fine. : )

Bluntly...

Your chances are probably less than 1 in 1,000,000. I don't think you could possibly be pregnant. The pill is about 99.5% effective after about 3 months. Spermicide should have taken care of the sperm. Emergency contraceptive pills should have prevented an embryo from implanting itself into the uterus.

so even if one of these were to not work properly, you're fully backed up 200%. I don't see room for error unless some freak of nature were to occur - and if it were, I'd keep the baby because you would probably be carrying the Second Coming. *grin* In other words: don't worry, you're clear!

I would say chance is as close to nil as possible. The pill, when taken regularly without skip, is something like 98% effective on it's own (much lower of course for 'normal' use, which is not perfect). When you add to that the spermicide in the condom, /and/ the emergency contraceptive?
I wouldn't worry a bit.

honestly, I think your pretty safe there. It's good to hear someone is paranoid about that sort of thing. Also the spermicide would have wiped out all chance of sperm to get to the egg if the condom was on correctly. I wouldn't be upset.

Sounds like you take all the proper precautions!! Chance are very low, but still possible. Anytime you have sex there is a possibility of pregnancy, whether it be a 1% chance or 99% chance.

With all the precautions you take, It's highly unlikely that you're pregnant. You took every precaution there is.

You could always take a pregnancy test just to be absolutely sure you're not preg.
