Don't know a site, here are some ideas (if this is an exercise on using the internet, type: mistakes trainers seminar
and see what comes up.

1-going too fast
2-going too slow
3-not following the outline
4-not answering questions
5-not knowing topic sufficiently
6-arriving late, starting too late; finishing late
7-going too long without giving a break
8-coming unprepared, not ready
9-not using the voice properly, running out of voice
10-not interacting with the audience--not taking cues from the audience to make sure they are understanding/not bored.
