If you are referring to the change in state form solid to liquid or the other way around

Q=mCf

Q is the heat required to melt mass m of solid matter to a liquid when latent heat of fusion is Cf

Notice there is no change in temperature.

The addition of Heat of Fusion is the addition of Latent heat of Melting, which has a Final temperature equal to the Initial temperature.
e.g. The heat of Fusion of Ice at 0°C to Water at 0°C..
= 80kcal/kg or 334kJ/kg (or 144Btu/lb of Ice at 32°F) and, in all cases, there's NO CHANGE IN TEMPERATURE.
