Well, with an address and social security number the guy could:
BUY A HOUSE USING YOUR FRIEND'S CREDIT!!!!!!
(ok, the guy would PROBABLY get caught before he actually settled on the property).
But maybe, "Ruin his life" is really the best answer... and its not even mine!!!!
If this really happened to your friend call him right now and tell him he's gotta call motor vehicles and social security, IMMEDIATELY, and report it.
