I'm just hearing a million diff. things, Can someone clear it up?

I hate this, ether way sociopath is able to emphasize with people, rrrrr, they just use it for their own manipulations. So both have no morality, but intelligence always an individual to become a sociopath. Lets just put it this way, cereal-rapist are brilliant sociopaths and incredible able to socialize with individual THRU an understanding of empthasation, while most cereal-killers are anti-social by nature.

Sociopathy is a mistaken social science term for the more scientific term, psychopath. A person lacking any empathy, little real affect, and a sometime ingratiating manner. It is an easy google.
