i have a co-op placement @ shoppers drugmart in cosmetics.i love makeup, but im shy.i want to impress my supervisor.but i dont know how to when im so shy.also, i dont really know how to help customers.like how can i educate my self on products, so that i can tell customers what they need to know like my other co-workers.i need help PLEASE!!!

1] make a list of all the brands you carry.
2] research a different one each night - special features,m new technology, etc.
3] try it out yourself!
4] educate yourself on skin care, makeup, etc., so you can give great advice

do truly analysis on the products you are able to be advertising and surely promote them. you'll adventure better confidant about what you're doing and the clients will love your information!
